Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All KISANDBOY orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. KISANDBOY is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
KISANDBOY is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition
- Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
- Item must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition or custom pieces
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
